You may return most products purchased. Most items may be returned with 30 days of receiving the item. However we are not the main seller and you must contact and/or refer to the original sellers terms for returns individually.

Bulky Items Delivered by Specialty Carriers

If you should return a heavy or bulky item that had been delivered with a specialty carrier (e.g., CEVA, ABF, Pilot), go to the Online Returns Center. The Returns Center will assist you throughout the returns process and will require you to contact our specialized customer support team, which could schedule the pickup of the item.

UPS Pickups

As soon as you request a UPS pickup, UPS will send a driver to your address with the shipping label within 1-5 business days. Make certain you've described the defect, damage, or error highlight that in the returned package. In case the original packaging is still available, return an item in this particular packaging.
